An original pastel by Bill Suttles measuring 12 x 16.
Off The Easel
Bill Suttles has been painting daily, secluded in his studio, atop Buzzard’s Roost in North Georgia -while social distancing. The result is a diverse, large body of new work. My father uses this time to explore new techniques, media, and methods that he is calling his “Off The Easel Collection.”
We are making these new works available here, unframed and unmatted, fresh from his easel, unexhibited in any of his galleries. Because of this, adjustments have been made accordingly to the price.

About Bill Suttles Web Site
This website is maintained by Bill’s son, Todd. My father and I started this site during the Covid19 self-isolation period. My dad, who is 91, continues to paint in his studio every day. Over his lifetime, he has painted thousands of paintings sitting in private and corporate collections worldwide.
As is typical with most artists, my father has never been one to toot his own horn. For most artists balancing the line between creating and promoting is an awkward contradiction. In this new digital age, my purpose in creating this site is to bring his art before a larger audience than gallery representation alone can achieve.
Thank You for visiting us and please tell your friends about my dad’s art. – Todd Suttles, 2021
