Off The Easel Collection -2020
The social distancing of 2020 provides both the time and the impetus to create art!
Bill Suttles has been painting every day since the Coronavirus pandemic began this year. The fruit of all this passion and labor is a large body of new work. He has also explored new techniques and methods, as will be evident to everyone who has been following his life’s work. I will be publishing these here on his site and his social media platforms. All of these originals are un-exhibited as of yet.
Please remember these are artworks only, unframed and unmatted, literally directly off his easel. Because of this, adjustments have been made accordingly to the sale price.
About Bill Suttles on ArtJolt
Bill Suttles on ArtJolt is maintained by his son, Todd Suttles. My father and I started this site during the first Covid19 self-isolation period. My dad, who is 89, continues to paint every day as he has his entire life, and I am now doing my part to bring my dad’s lifetime of work to a greater audience. Over his lifetime, he has painted thousands of paintings sitting in private and corporate collections all over the world.
As is typical with most artists, my father has never been one to toot his own horn. If he can create his art and magically have it find a happy owner, he is most comfortable. For most artists balancing the line between creating and promoting is an awkward experience. My purpose in creating this site is to bring him the exposure that will enable him to experience the accolades I feel he deserves but won’t pursue.
Thank You for visiting us and please tell your friends about my dad’s art. – Todd Suttles, 2020
